If you would like to secure your marriage license prior to the wedding and avoid having to find time to go to the clerk and wait to obtain your license, or won’t be arriving in time, then our marriage license by mail is perfect for you.

*Please note:  We cannot submit for the Marriage License by Mail until we are within 70-days of your ceremony.  For Example:  4/27/17 Ceremony Date (Apply for license on 02/17/17).

Step 1: Pay for Marriage License by Mail

 

Step 2: Fill out the Online Marriage Application Form here: EMarriage Online Application

*Once complete – the screen will display a 4-digit Code (save this # and email to [email protected]).  We will forward the Marriage License with further instructions in one business day.

Step 3: Print Instructions and take with you to the notary (Make sure they Stamp in the Left Margin – to the Left of the Lines).  Please use ‘Black Ink’ only on 8.5″ x 11″ Letter Size White Paper, we must receive your completed Marriage License documents at least 7-days prior to the Wedding Ceremony.

B) Pre-Marital Statement (Page 2 of the Above Link – Please Sign Only, Does Not Need to be Notarized)

*Mail all notarized forms once complete back to us.  Please note that the Marriage License must be an original document (if the Spouses live in separate areas, you can have this document notarized individually however it must be the Original Document).  Please call with questions!
